It is that time of year, but not the politics you were thinking. This topic was suggested by one of our listeners, because she thought that newbie parents may be surprised to learn about all the politics that can be involved in even a small town youth baseball team. In this episode, we discuss the politics in rec and travel baseball, daddy ball, and how adults get in the way of kids just wanting to play ball and have fun. We have two guest interviews, one by Jo Ignatius from Mississippi, and the other is Amy Keim from Texas. We also have one baseball mom who wrote in her story for us to read but wanted to stay anonymous. Thanks for listening!
